This video is the normal version of FUSION INTIMATE FITNESS.

The 33 minutes include15 minutes of warming up, yoga and focus on pelvis.

Then increasing the rhythm and intensitiy  you’ll work with more power keeping the concentration on your belly.

We close with stretching and meditation.

…all this in a beautiful desertic surround with an amazing sunset at the end!

Fitness Mommy Kitty and her Baby Alex are doing here together the FUSION INTIMATE FITNESS excersises.

• reduction or complete elimination of PMS and menstrual pain

• normalization of uncomfortable or abnormal menstrual bleeding

• regulation of either an inconsistent menstrual cycle

• hormonal balance
